It features Ancestral House, Bahay-bahayan ni Tikya (Tikya's Toy house), Doll Collection, Coca-Cola collection and Sinsayan Garden. The name "Sinsayan" literally means a place to visit, it comes from the root word "sinsay" (visit), an ancient Tagalog word used by the Batangueños to invite and welcome guests. As the "Batangueños" would say, "Sinsay muna kayo!, meaning "Come and visit!"
